"Twilight" actress Nikki Reed celebrated one month of marriage to "The Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder by sharing a video clip of their wedding on Instagram on Tuesday, May 26. The video features some of the romantic moments captured during the couple's wedding, including the two sharing kisses, their first dance as husband and wife, and a particularly poignant moment when the two are seen walking hand in hand into the sunset.

The video was captioned, "You are, My dream come brought to life. We are, a cosmic collision. This is, A lifetime felt in every moment I'm by your side."

"My love. My human…happy one month," she added.

The actor also took note of the special day as he posted a touching message on his Facebook account for his wife.

"Your love, your light your compassion and your genius make me smile every second of every day. Thank you for making me the luckiest man in the world. Happy one month my Human," he wrote.

Since their wedding, the two jetted off to Costa Rica for their honeymoon and made their first appearance as a married couple at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this month.

On Saturday, May 23, the couple was spotted enjoying a leisurely stroll through Paris. The Daily Mail posted pictures of the two looking very cozy during their walk, which shows the actress dressed in a long black skirt, a black and white striped shirt, and a black blazer over her shoulders. Somerhalder perfectly coordinated his outfit to match his wife's look, as he sported black trousers, a white shirt and a slate grey blazer topped off with one of his signature fedoras.

The couple announced their engagement in January and tied the knot on April 26 in an outdoor ceremony in Topanga Canyon in Los Angeles. The two wed after dating for nine months.
