Wu will be in the crosshairs of a Wesen who has affinity for bones in "Grimm" season 5, episode 18. Titled "Good to the Bone," the episode centers on a deadly creature that leaves his victims literally boneless.
The existence of such monster comes to Nick and Hank's radar after a corpse of a man was found looking like his bones dissolved or were removed. This monster is ready to claim more victims and unfortunately he selects Wu as his next target.
Unfortunately, as they investigate, Nick discovers that the killer kidnapped Wu. In the promo for "Grimm" season 5, episode 18, Wu was out for the count as the monster drags him and prepares to melt his bones as well.
The synopsis for the upcoming "Grimm" season 5 episode teases that Wu will tackle "a crisis of his own." This is either in reference to Wu being captured or could be the very thing that gets him in trouble in the first place.
As Nick and Hank run against the clock to save Wu, they will discover what the "Grimm" season 5, episode 18 synopsis refers to as "a gruesome family arrangement," which might give them an idea of what they are up against.
Rumor has it that it is in this episode of "Grimm" season 5 that Wu will transform into a werewolf so as to save his life from the Wesen that has him. If that transpires, this will be a major step for Wu's character, one that fans have been waiting for quite a while.
Also in this "Grimm" season 5 episode, actress Sharon Leal will reprise her role as Hank's old flame Zuri who first appeared in season 3. In this installment, Hank "reunites" with her. It remains to be seen what leads to this encounter.
