The midseason premiere of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 left Meredith emotionally scarred. The next installment titled "All I Want Is You" will see the beginning of a whole new scar for the surgeon to deal with, one that won't be easy to heal.

While Meredith tells her therapist that she's "lucky to be alive," and even says this with a smile as seen in the promo, she definitely isn't. Her therapist can see through her and knows that she is "angry" even if she strongly disagrees.

The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will see Meredith incredibly distraught. The promo shows her ordering Maggie and Callie to get out of her house when Maggie asked her what they can do to help her.

It looks like Meredith won't be out of her misery soon. She may be out of the hospital bed, but her near-death experience inflicted more than just bruises and wounds. Making it worse is Meredith shutting out everyone who wants to and can help her.

Meanwhile, life goes on in Grey Sloan Memorial. As they worry about Meredith, Maggie and Callie will go about their job in the hospital. The two will perform a "risky" and "experimental" surgery on a 15-year-old patient, but Alex is against it.

Good thing for Maggie, she has Andrew to lean on. The couple's relationship continues to develop and more about their romance is promised to unfold in "All I Want Is You."

Lastly, Owen and Nathan are still batting heads in the office. The reason for their rift might be tackled in the upcoming "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode. For now, what's only known is that their issue has something to do with their families.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12, episode 10 "All I Want Is You" airs Feb. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
