Graceland Season 3 release date, spoilers: New season to put Briggs at the center?

 IMDb.com

With Graceland set to return for a third season on June 25, it will be interesting to see what the new season will have to offer.

After a nine-month respite and a period of uncertainty, the show returns with the pilot episode "B-Positive".

The new season is expected to dig and recall the stories of Mike, Paige and the rest. A character to watch could be Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) who seems to be the one in the lead as the new season kicks off.

A rumored synopsis reveals that Briggs will be involved in high-risk undercover operation within the Armenian Mafia which should prove to be interesting. It would mean that Briggs may find himself in a tight situation which hopefully would not go as far as risking his life considering this is how usual undercover operations go through.

Briggs may also be tied up with another character, Charlie (Vanessa Ferlito). After getting to know a lot about Briggs, Charlie is carrying his baby. Charlie was tortured in the finale but the baby survived. It remains to be seen if this is tied up with Briggs undercover work or is a totally different plot in season 3.

Another thought in mind is on whether Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit) is still alive.

Conspicuously absent from cast photos when production for Graceland 3 arrived. Recalling the final moments of season 2, it seemed that Mike appeared to have died though there is no confirmation if he did.

There is speculation that Mike could be still around, especially with the fact that he and Paige (Serinda Swan) still seem to have an angle from season 2.

Mike and Paige went from being lovers to enemies and erasing Mike from season 3 would somehow kill that side drama involving the two actors. Of course, the focus could be diverted to Paige alone but all this is believed to be in the hands of the writers.

All this and more await followers of Graceland. Season 3 kicks off this June 25 in the U.S.
