Google Nexus 8 is just a subject of rumors, which have been going on online. Not much has been known about the device and news only mentioned that Google is working on a secret tablet.

But speculations have been silenced recently when a Nexus 8 was spotted in Geekbench, a site that provides benchmark report on devices, revealing to everyone what Nexus 8 has to offer.

Mobipicker has provided a screenshot of the report and based on the analysis, the Nexus 8 tablet will run on an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system (OS).

But this OS serves to be only temporary, according to PhoneArena, who's convinced that the new Nexus device will run on Android 6.0

Apart from the OS, it was also revealed that Nexus 8 carries a motherboard made from a Chinese firm; it was also shown that the tablet's processor, indicated as ARM CPU, features an octa-core.

In addition, the rumored tablet is believed to sport an 8-inch display.

It remains to be seen as to which manufacturing company will be producing the devices.

No official word about Nexus 8 has been released yet and as reported by PhoneArena, results from the benchmark report can be tampered with just to fool people.

The news about Nexus 8 2015 leak may have caught the attention of Nexus fans, but another device that is a subject of many rumors is the Nexus 5 2015. According to reports, the Nexus 5 2015 will be unveiled in October.

The latest Nexus 5 2015 leak came from Chinese site, Weibo, wherein it was revealed that the upcoming device will run on a Snapdragon 808 processor and will have a 5.2-inch screen with 2K resolution, as reported by Phandroid.

Nexus 5 2015 will also have a 13-megapixel Sony IMX278 rear camera and a 3GB RAM, as stated in the leak.

Still, Nexus fans should wait out for an official statement from Google regarding Nexus 5 and Nexus 8 2015.
