Google Nexus 5 2015 release date rumors: An improved Nexus 5 reportedly arrives late this year

Google Nexus 5 2015 is one of the most awaited release for this year, according to Yibada, and several speculations have already circulated online.

Google has not officially announced anything about the device, but leaked images and specs have gotten people all the more excited about the upcoming Nexus 5 2015.

A tweet from known smartphone industry leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer via his Twitter account @OnLeaks revealed a photo of the new phone's rear case, which provided hints on what the device could be or what it could offer, according to BGR.

It was noted that the back casing for the device could house a 3D camera. The leaked image of the casing may be the latest news about Nexus 5 2013's successor but nothing about the new device is confirmed.

It is also being rumored that Nexus 5 2015 will have an October or November release just like the previous Nexus devices.

Jamal Eason, Android's product manager disclosed in a blog post that the new operating system (OS) Android M will be arriving this fall, and this could also signal the release of the new Nexus 5 2015, since it has also been reported that the device will carry the new OS, a report from IBTimes India stated.

If Google follows history, it is likely that consumers would see the new Nexus 5 by the said months.

Nexus 5 2013 is made by LG Electronics and has been well-loved and accepted by many Android users. The device offers a great design, decent specs, and is even impressive when it comes to its performance.

All of those features only cost people half the price of flagship devices, Android Origin reported.

Phones from Nexus also run smoothly and any updates on the software come directly from Google.

It remains to be a recommended phone; while the price of the device has dropped, one can't see the reduction in its performance.

With Nexus 5 2013 doing just perfect, it is only appropriate that Google teams up with LG once again to bring a more superior version of Nexus 5 2013 in the face of Nexus 5 2015.
