'Girl Meets World' season 3 spoilers, plot news: TV show causes rift between Riley and Topanga?

Riley (Rowan Blanchard) will be in deep trouble with her mother because of binge-watching a TV show in the next episode of "Girl Meets World" season 3.

In the episode called "Girl Meets Her Monster," Riley will deliberately skip her shift at her mother, Topanga's (Danielle Fishel), bakery so that she can stay at home with her best friend, Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), to binge-watch their favorite show.

Naturally, Topanga will be disappointed with her daughter. As her punishment, Topanga will ban all media access at home. But instead of showing remorse, Riley will show that she is not willing to follow her mother's new rules. She will also threaten her that she wants to live on her own because of their ugly spat.

Will Topanga back down from her "media lockout" rule, or will Riley run away from home so she can finally do whatever she wants?

The episode is slated to air on Friday, Nov. 4, on Disney Channel.

Meanwhile, speculations about the fate of "Girl Meets World" after its third season continues as the network remains tight-lipped about the show's renewal for season 4.

Several rumors claim that Disney Channel is preparing to cancel the "Boy Meets World" spinoff series after its third season because the plot is starting to be too mature for the network's intended audience. But others speculate that the series will be picked up by other networks so that the story of Riley, Maya, and their friends will continue as they deal with the challenges of teenage years.

However, there are no confirmed news yet if Disney Channel will really end the series after its third season. There are also no reports yet if a network is interested in picking up "Girl Meets World" for its fourth season.

Fans are still waiting for an update about the fate of "Girl Meets World" in the coming days.
