Is Gigi Hadid dating a Jonas brother?
The model and Joe Jonas were spotted together in New York hotspot Bar Pitti on Friday, June 5. An eyewitness told E! News that the two arrived around 8 p.m. with three other friends, two women and Lewis Hamilton.
"At first, Gigi was sitting in the corner farther away from Joe. Then she asked one of her friends if they would switch seats so she could sit across from Joe and be closer to him," said the insider.
The source added that the pair stayed in the bar for almost two hours and that when they were done, Hadid and Jonas got up and left by themselves.
"There wasn't any PDA or handholding, but you could tell they were together. They exited on their own," added the source.
The Daily Mail published a few pictures of the pair's outing, and they appeared to be very close as they stared at each other and shared a kiss.
After leaving the bar, the two were photographed walking the streets of New York where they appeared to be laughing and joking with each other.
This wasn't the first time that the pair spent time together this week. On Wednesday, the model and the singer were spotted in Toronto, where they were seen getting cozy outside the hotel they were both staying in.
Another source told E! that the two, who have been friends for several years, may be entering into a romantic relationship but they are taking it slow.
"Gigi and Joe are hanging out again romantically," said the source. "They are just taking things light and just enjoying each other's friendship."
The insider revealed that the 20 year old model feels very comfortable with Jonas, while the singer understands where Hadid is at the moment and that they are not in any rush.
Hadid dated Jonas' brother Nick back in 2012, while the 25-year old dated the model's close friend Taylor Swift back in 2008. Hadid amiably split up with Cody Simpson last month, while Jonas broke up with model Blanca Eggenschwiler last summer.
