"Forza Horizon 3," the latest entry from Playground Games, can now receive its first DLC pack. The "Smoking Tire Pack" contains seven new vehicles that players can take on their adventures in the Land Down Under.

The "Smoking Tire Pack" brings in a mixed breed of cars. For players who want to use traditional performance vehicles, the 2016 Aston Martin Vulcan, 2016 Pagani Huayra BC, 2016 GTA Spano, 2000 Lotus 340R, and the 2016 BMW M2 are all included in the expansion pack. An off-road 1976 Jeep CJ5 Renegade and the 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor were also included, to give a little variety. All these cars are new to the entire "Forza" series.

The announcement for the game's DLC reads: "The Smoking Tire Car Pack is the first monthly car pack to arrive in the Forza Horizon 3 Car Pass, which is available as a separate purchase or as part of the Ultimate version of Forza Horizon 3. For one low price, you can get access to all six of the DLC packs that will be arriving in the game from this October through March 2017. That's 42 vehicles total, representing the kind of automotive variety and fun you expect from a Forza game. The Smoking Tire Car Pack is also available as a standalone purchase for $7 in the Xbox Store."

Additionally, the open world racing video game also received an update which brings in improvements to both the Xbox One and the Windows 10 PC ports. These include a fix for a performance issue on Windows 10 which results to video stuttering, the mouse being disabled when driving, and an additional option on the advanced controller menu. Players can now adjust steering wheel sensitivity, invert Force Feedback, and adjust the center spring and damping scale. A Warthog fix was also included for those who are not seeing the "Halo" game vehicle.

Wheel improvements for the Logitech G27 and TX Racing Wheels variants were also added to the patch, along with a horn option for players who has enough buttons.

"Forza Horizon 3" is a cross-platform game for the Xbox One and Windows PC.
