'Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location' updates: no second trailer before game arrives on Oct. 7

With the newest "Five Nights at Freddy's" game receiving a lot of rumors and hoaxes, it seems that the game's official release date has already been revealed.

According to Game N Guide, the game's official website has released a date that reads "10-7-16." Of course, translating this will yield Oct. 7, 2016, which can only point out to the game's launch date. However, it could be possible for the date to be a ruse , as Scott Cawthon was known to troll his fans with false information in the past. However, irrefutable proof of the game's official release date is shown at the game's Steam page, which has the same release date in the website.

It is interesting to see Scott Cawthon say that fans should only trust his own site and the official Steam page for the game, since it both shows the same October 7 release date. However, the same article points out that there has been a slight change for the game's Steam website, saying that the game is available on Oct. 8 and that it will unlock in approximately five weeks.

Furthermore, its most recent developer update last Aug. 30, Scott Cawthon says that the new "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" will not have a second trailer. He said that despite of his earlier plans to do so, he feels like the game will lose its freshness if he shows more of the game, as it will spoil a lot of surprises he plans to give the players. He knows that the decision is sure to upset a lot of players, but it is final and the game needs its much-needed silence until it gets released on October 7.

"Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" will need a 2GB RAM and 2 GB available disk space to function, as well as a 2GHz Intel Pentium 4 or something equivalent in order to have a smooth gaming experience.
