'Fall Out: New Vegas' challenge 2015: Are you up for the challenge?

Depending on the kind of gamer you are, there will be strategies and tactics to employ. And for a game like "Fall Out: New Vegas," such would be the case. Rarely would you see a player who is able to go through the game healthy. Chances are you will see any player having to take time out for his player to heal.

But it seems that there is an exception to the rule, one proven by a certain Jon/Many a True Nerd (MATN) who easily beat "Fall Out: New Vegas" on a single health bar. He did the trick back in March.

To date, he seems to have the distinction of completing the game without ever healing. That is, of course up, for debate since there could be players out there who may not be making such public.

Anyway, any gamer who knows how hard such games are to play will surely be impressed at how Jon was able to pull it off. But even more impressive was the fact that he went as far as continuing his journey to the New Vegas downloadable content (DLC).

The DLC stood to be the end of his famed run, being harder no matter how familiar he is with spawns or places where NPCs will be appearing. But would you believe he managed to survive still?

MATN started out the add-ons (Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Dead Money, and Lonesome Road) with 260 out of 445 health points. Not exactly the best of odds but after going through all that, MATN would end up surviving still.

The end result? 23 health points out of 525.

By all accounts, it seems that MATN is either a certified "Fall Out: New Vegas" playing addict or simply a fabulous gamer by all accounts.

Could you (or anyone you know) achieve the same feat?

For an overview of how he did it, you can view it below. The whole story is detailed over at Kotaku just in case you want to read through his incredible journey.
