Wedding bells will soon be ringing all around the "Duck Dynasty" household. First, Jase and Missy Robertson's son Reed proposed to his girlfriend of four years, Brighton Thompson, in Central Park, New York City before ushering in Christmas. Just a few days after that, Willie and Korie Robertson's adopted daughter Rebecca Lo Robertson got engaged to her beau John Reed.

Rebecca shared the news of her engagement on her Instagram account (@rebeccalorobertson) with a photo of her and her fiancé facing the beach with some words written on the sand. "Our story starts here......I said yes to my best friend for life," she wrote.

Rebecca received tons of congratulations and well wishes from family, friends, and fans. Her mother Korie posted the same photo on her own Instagram account (@bosshogswife) and captioned it, "@rebeccalorobertson is engaged!! 2016 is shaping up to be a fun one! Excited for @johnreedloflin to join the fam! Love y'all!"

Rebecca's sister Sadie, on the other hand, shared a different picture featuring Rebecca and John laughing together. "MY SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED TO HER BEST FRIEND!!!! I'm so happy for you Rebecca. John Reed... good luck joining our crazy family. So excited for y'all to began y'alls journey of life together," Sadie wrote.

Rebecca thought her engagement was a good way to start 2016. She even playfully drew on her journal how John got down on one knee to propose—by presenting the ring inside a shell!

Apparently, Rebecca was searching for shells when John got down on one knee, held something up and told Rebecca, "There's something in this shell!" Rebecca thought there was a slug inside, and was surprised that it contained an engagement ring.

"After long time of patiently searching, I found the ultimate gem // Jeremiah 29:11," wrote Rebecca.
