For gamers who cannot wait until October for "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden," well, you can try to get a glimpse of it now since the demo went live just recently.

The "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" demo, which is now available from the Nintendo 3DS eShop, stars four fighters, assist characters, and five stages that should serve as an appetizer before the full game's official launch on Oct. 23.

Finding it may require a bit of work, though. For those who are unable to find it, here is a helpful walk-through courtesy of Cinema Blend. Simply head on to the eShop and search for "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden." You will most likely get one result, which, when clicked, would direct you to the retail page.

Look at the top of the page and click on downloads and you will get the actual demo. Now that doesn't seem hard, does it?

But the best part comes when you get the chance to play it. It doesn't support multiplayer but does have a large number of playable characters which should appease Dragon Ball fans.

Among the playable characters you can get your hands on include Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, and Majin Buu. For the assist characters, Korin, Recoome, Great Saiyanman, and Tien are available and should be big help. That includes them using their signature moves!

By October, the full game roster will include 20 playable characters with over 80 support characters to choose from.

As far as the fight sequences are concerned, gamers can go one-on-one, three-on-three brawls, or maybe use one main character and get up to four assist characters to play.

Then you can choose where to do battle. Among the choices you can get are Planet Namec, the desert, or perhaps the World Martial Arts Tournament stage.

You can use basic combo commands and ultimate moves which can be controlled similarly for all characters, saving you the trouble of having to remember various inputs to make that character stand out.

That and a lot more are in store for gamers by October when "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" is released in North America and in Europe. The game is currently available in Japan for Nintendo 3DS. Check out the trailer of the demo below.
