With the release of Dragon Ball Xenoverse DLC3, it seems that there is more to come for the players who have been long waiting for the said game.

Barely 24 hours after that, Bandai Namco reveals that that they are set to release another announces an expansion pack, the much rumored Resurrection of F expansion which is tied up with the recently shown movie of the same title.

Among the things to expect with the said Resurrection of F pack include new playable characters and a variety of new content which should get all Dragonball fans all the more excited.

That includes new playable characters like blue-haired Super Saiyan Goku, Vegeta and Golden Frieza. Another addition is Jaco the Galactic Patroller, a new addition to the game's roster and current list of masters.

While the coming of the Resurrection of F expansion pack should spur a lot of excitement as well, the sad news is that the actual release date has yet to be revealed though expect it to come soon especially since the said movie has already come out.

The Resurrection of F film had pretty decent opening, selling close to 716,000 tickets over in Japan which translated to about 960 million YEN. It bested the blockbuster film Furious 7 (in Japan) and reportedly sold 40% more than the previous Dragon Ball movie.

The English-dubbed film version is set to be launched in North America this Summer which will hopefully return the same numbers if not better.

For those who are unaware, the Resurrection of F will feature the return of Frieza who was resurrected by Sorbet. Sorbet comes to earth in search of a strong reinforcement, getting Emperor Pilaf to use the Dragon Balls which would eventually be used to resurrect Frieza.
