A lot of fans are hyped about the upcoming game "Destiny 2" since there are several rumors circulating online that it will be released for the PC as well as console platforms on 2017. According to Forbes, the source of the leak comes from some users in NeoGaf. One of them, shinobi602 — a leakster who provided valid insider information before — said that it is confirmed that the game will come to the PC. He also listed down a couple of changes that will be implemented in the sequel, which is basically summarized by Bungie using a new game engine for the game, as well as new enemy factions to be faced by players.
Another NeoGaf user named benny_a writes that he has a contact who works at Activision, and that it is possible for Vicarious Vision to help make the highly-anticipated sequel for the "Destiny" game. Furthermore, he said that the new game will feature a Raid matchmaking feature, which certainly pleased some of the game's fans.
Meanwhile, The Independent UK reports that the new game will have an entirely different feel compared to its predecessor. A lot of players have been worried about the new game being just a big update for the first one, sort of similar to the downloadable content (DLC) that Bungie has released for the game during the past year. It will certainly bring an entirely new story with a plethora of new places to be explored. However, at its core, the game's world, as well as its mechanics, are pretty much the same.
