Thursday on 'Days of Our Lives', Melanie thinks about Theresa's ultimatum when Aiden arrives. He says that he doesn't know if he can stop Theresa from moving away and taking Tate with her. Brady doesn't think that it's possible for him to get custody of the child. Aiden agrees with him and says there's a strong chance that the judge will grant Theresa custody.
After Aiden leaves, Brady asks Melanie what Theresa told her. She tells Brady that Theresa said that she's in love with him. Brady asks her if Theresa told her that she wants her gone, and Melanie nods. Brady leaves looking very upset.
At the hospital, Theresa tells her mother that she has decided to think things over before making the decision to move back to California. She says she loves her son and she's worried that she might do a bad job raising him. Kim tells her that being a single parent is the hardest job in the world, that's why she wants to help her and besides, she wants to spend some time with her grandson.
Theresa asks her mother not to stay so she can work things out with Brady. Anne passes Kim on her way out and thinks that she might lose Theresa. She asks Theresa if she's really going to California and Theresa laughs.
Daniel arrives home and finds Melanie crying. She talks about the situation between Brady and Theresa and that it's affecting her. He says he knows but reminds her that Brady loves her.
Brady storms into Theresa's hospital room and Anne leaves. He tells Theresa that she's not taking Tate out of Salem and that he is going to be with Melanie, no matter what she does. She agrees and he leaves. Anne returns and Theresa tells her that this isn't over.
