"Days of Our Lives" was pre-empted on June 4 and 5 due to NBC's coverage of the French Open Tennis Semi-Finals. Here's what happened on the show on Wednesday, June 3.
Zoe talked to Chad about Will's article, and later, she asked him out for a date. Chad declined, and after Zoe had left, Kate arrived and reprimanded him for turning her down. She told him that it would be a smart move for him to keep his distance from Abigail.
Meanwhile, Daniel and Victor talked about how they both miss Melanie. Victor thought that having a dinner party is just the thing to lift the family's spirits, but Daniel said he wouldn't be there if Xander was going to attend. Daniel said that a woman told him things about Xander, and he has seen what he's done to Nicole.
Eric confronted Serena with the incriminating photo in her room. She said that Xander sent it by messenger and she asked him why he opened it. He said that he spilled his coffee on it and wanted to know why she was in bed with Xander. Serena was upset that he thought she had an affair with Xander. He told her that he's mad because she kept this information from him. She said that she didn't think that he needed to know. Eric wondered why Xander sent the photos, and Serena thought that he's trying to get them to fight.
