A Japanese promotional pamphlet for the much-awaited game "Dark Souls 3" has been leaked online, revealing details about the latest iteration of the hit role-playing video game developed by From Software.
Apart from some in-game screenshots incorporated in the leaked marketing material, there were also details of almost all aspects of title, and thanks to Reddit user TheMindWraith, gamers idling away the hours for this installment will know more about the game before it comes out.
"Dark Souls 3" promises that the armed combat was made "deeper" and was improved into a "tactically diverse experience." During the missions, players will get weapons that exhibit "unique and rich fighting move set."
The pamphlet also stated that the upcoming "Dark Souls" installment will boast an increase in "sense of balance" in the field of tactics-based fighting skills, may it be an enemy incorporated in the game or another player.
It also looks like "Dark Souls 3" will pit players against an extremely strong knight who has the ability to kill and perform a knockout in just one stroke. This knight appears to have a set of special skills that will make him very difficult to beat.
The pamphlet also suggests that using an axe-type weapon in battling the enemies will cause more damage although it also advises players to make use of a mace "to see how far your opponent can endure your attack."
"Dark Souls 3" will also provide a bow that shoots arrows so quickly it can confuse an enemy. The leaked pamphlet also warns that there will be various threats and dangerous foes players will have to overcome to progress.
Of course, the game will also feature the use of magic. "With chanting ability, wand based magic abilities can temporarily have their power increased. As with tactics, the variation of wand combat has broadened," a portion of the guide reads.
"Dark Souls 3" will be released in Japan in March while North America and Europe will see it in the flesh in April so it won't be long before these details will be given more light.
