After Kevin Durant confirmed his transfer to the Golden State Warriors next season, the team from Oakland, CA have sent forward Harrison Barnes and center Andrew Bogut to the Dallas Mavericks.

Barnes was initially offered by the Mavs a four-year deal, but they had to wait for a maximum of three days until the GSW presented him with a matching offer. But since Durant inked a hefty deal with this year's NBA Championship runner-up, it was possible to for the Warriors to let Barnes go.

Bogut, on the other hand, was previously rumored to be traded to the Mavs to widen the salary cap space for the Warriors after Durant's two-year deal worth $54 million.

The former GSW players will start playing alongside power forward Dirk Nowitzki, who reportedly signed up for another two years with the Mavericks for $40 million.

But aside from getting Bogut and Barnes, the team from Dallas successfully signed Seth Curry, the brother of Golden State Warriors' main man and two-time NBA MVP Stephen Curry, on their roster.

The free agent, who played 44 games with Sacramento Kings, had been in the league for three seasons. He also appeared in the line-up of the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, as well as the Memphies Grizzlies.

ESPN reported that the younger Curry inked a two-year $6 million deal according to several sources. He managed to get an average of 6.8 points, 1.5 assists, and 45 percent from the 3-point line when he was still playing for the Kings last season.

Dallas Mavericks will be equipped with a 13-man roster that also includes Wesley Matthews, Devin Harris, J.J. Barea, Justin Anderson, Salah Mejri, Dwight Powell, Deron Williams, A.J. Hammons, JaVale McGee and Jeremy Evans.
