"Clash of Clans" players are highly anticipating the arrival of the September 2016 update which is said to bring in big changes to the game. A sneak peak is also expected before the arrival of the update.

Developer Supercell seems to have a lot of things in store for its players. According to Chief spAnser's post, a well-known tipster in "Clash of Clans" and "Clash Royal," a sneak peak for the September update is about to happen, and it could arrive any moment. The leak further heightens the anticipation of fans for the upcoming update.

The company announced last week that it is working on "Friendly Wars," where teams can send out invites to other teams for a war request. The new mode will not be a replacement for the existing Clan Wars, but rather, it is an additional team activity. However, the post did not confirm if the new feature will be arriving with the September update.

The statement said, "Choose war participants, set the duration of preparation/battle days and send your Friendly War request! As soon as the opposing Clan accepts the request, preparation day will begin."

In a more recent announcement, Supercell said that they are looking for high-level players and masters of the game. The company will be hosting a "Ground vs. Air" live stream event on Oct. 9, and they are looking for players who can participate. Participants will be using a maxed out Town Hall 11 (to be provided by Supercell), and they would be provided with highly proficient with ground or air troops, and heroes and spells.

Interested parties are required to post their Town Hall level, army and spells, trophy record, conqueror achievement, war stars, player ID, and name. Those who will be chosen to participate will have to travel and stay in Finland from Oct. 6 to 10. The company will pay for air travel fees and hotel accommodations. The contest is only open to players who are old enough to travel on their own, normally 18 years old and above.

Additional information will be available soon for the live stream event, but for the meantime, players are sitting tight and anticipating the sneak peak for the next update of "Clash of Clans."
