Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are no longer together, but the two continue to exchange heated words on social media after they reportedly had a screaming match outside a club earlier this month.

The Daily Mail reports that the police were called when the singer followed Tran home after they were both at Club Playhouse. Later that evening, the cops were said to have been called after Chris was heard "banging and yelling" on the model's door early in the morning.

TMZ reports that the reason why Brown decided to follow Tran after she stormed out of the club was due to his friends telling him that the model wanted to get back together with him. Sources close to the couple told TMZ that Brown got a table at the club right next to Tran because their mutual friends told him to do so. But Tran reportedly never told anyone that she wanted to get together with the singer, and as a result, Brown has cut-off those friends who gave him the false information.

After their tense encounter, things appeared to have gotten worse for the two after Brown discovered that Tran spoke about their failed relationship in a recent interview, according to E! News. The "Ayo" singer chided his ex on Instagram about talking to the media about him.

"Talk about your career," he wrote. "If there is no more relationship then you shouldn't be doing [expletive] interviews with people I won't get the pleasure of prying into my personal life. [Expletive] starting to get real weak now."

Tran saw the Instagram comment and responded to her ex, telling him that she was asked a question and she responded, and that she wasn't about to shy away from something she lived through.

"You know what's weak? You forcing yourself into my car…my broken window… blowing up my phone… trying to shower me with gifts," she added.

Surprisingly, Brown responded in a calm manner and posted a throwback photo of the two of them during happier times.

"@karrueche all I was doing was trying to fight for the woman I love. Thanx I learned a lot," he wrote.
