Chile vs Paraguay live stream: Watch online international soccer friendly (Game preview)

Chile will play Paraguay on Saturday in an international friendly as both teams look to prepare for their World Cup qualifiers which kick off next month. Today's game has a scheduled start time of 5 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link below.

Chile come into this match following their Copa America triumph, where they went all the way, defeating Argentina in the final on penalties.

Not many had expected Chile to win the tournament even if they were expected to go far as the hosts. But they surprised everyone, and will now want to build on their new found confidence as Copa America champs.

They got their Copa America tournament off to a perfect start with a 2-0 win over Ecuador, following that up with a high scoring 3-3 draw with Mexico.

They stormed into the knock out stages after a big 5-0 win over Bolivia, and then played excellently to take down Uruguay 1-0 in the quarter finals.

A tough Semi Final against Peru saw them scrape through 2-1, but even at that stage not many expected them to have much chance against Lionel Messi and Argentina - a team desperate for silverware.

However, Chile kept things tight, and nullified the threat from Messi and Argentina's array of attacking stars, and when the game ended 0-0, Chile were able to win the trophy on penalties.

Meanwhile, Paraguay had a tough Copa America tournament, only managing to win one game in regular time 1-0 against Jamaica.

Apart from that they drew 2-2 against Argentina in their opening game, and 1-1 against Uruguay in their third group game.

They stunned everyone when they knocked out Brazil in the quarter finals on penalties after a 1-1 draw, but then were swept aside 6-1 by Argentina in the semi final. A 2-0 loss to Peru in the 3rd place playoff ensured that they finished the tournament in fourth place.

Both teams will now want to start building towards their Wold Cup qualifiers that start in October. The game starts at 5 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
