"Call of Duty: WWII" is shaping to be a successful shooter game. In fact, many believe it is going to surpass its predecessors. While that remains to be seen, Activision brings the momentum to another level as the studio releases a trailer titled "Vision."

According to reports, the "Call of Duty: WWII" trailer highlights the vision the developers have for the upcoming game. Hence the name. The video (embedded below) was first unveiled during the title's livestream back in April.

The game's very own Michael Condrey, who is one of the team leaders at Sledgehammer Gamers, describes the title as both "epic" and "gritty." He also discusses about how the game will showcase a visceral story of the world's greatest and infamous conflict. Condrey even mentions about how they put too much significance in the said conflict in the game.

The "Call of Duty: WWII" trailer "Vision" also offers a look at how the developers made the game. It highlights all the research the team had to do in order to keep things consistent. The studio's art director named Joe Salud can be seen in the video speaking about their team's main goal. They basically want the game to be both "emotionally dark and visually" beautiful.

Meanwhile, The Motley Fool notes the possibility of the game being a worldwide hit as soon as it releases. While it is true that "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" made some huge waves, it cannot be denied that some fans are disappointed with it. It is as if they did not entirely like the idea of the title going into outer space.

"Call of Duty: WWII" is slated to hit the shelves come Nov. 3 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Sledgehammer and Activision are said to release a beta version of the game prior to its launching, though the exact date remains unknown. Nonetheless, the said version will first be introduced to PlayStation 4.
