'Bones' season 11 plot rumors: Booth goes missing; Who gets killed off in premiere?

A new season of "Bones" is fast approaching and it will be a week more before season 11 premieres.

Back in the finale episode of season 10, it was seen that Booth ( (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) left Jeffersonian and to start anew together.

But as seen in the season 11 trailer, Booth goes missing and Brennan decides to join the FBI to find him.

TV Line reported that Booth going missing will not be the only shocking reveal during the premiere episode next season.

The same news outlet reported that one character will die, but it remains to be seen who that will be.

Not much has been divulged when it comes to the character who gets killed off, but speculations point to Jared (Brendan Fehr), Seeley's brother.

Meanwhile, a report from TV Fanatic also shared some details about what to expect from season 11.

It is one thing to note that season 11 will begin from a time jump of six months after the season 10 finale episode, and Booth and Brennan now have a baby.

TV Fanatic also revealed that a corpse that had been burned so severely making identification almost impossible could belong to someone close to one of the main characters.

There's also the news about an engagement ring, but on whose finger it will land (if it's meant that way) has yet to be revealed.

A lot of changes are expected from the upcoming season now that the team has moved on to different ventures and starting fresh.

It was also confirmed by executive producer Jonathan Collier that "Bones" season 11 will indeed have major changes and one of them is the story of Angela (Michaela Conlin) and Hodgins (T.J. Thyne), both of whom will be featured in an emotional arc that fans need to watch out for, especially in episode 10.

The premiere episode of "Bones" season 11 will air on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 8 p.m. EST on FOX.
