'Bold And The Beautiful' spoilers: Wyatt charms Maya, Ridge wants to resign, Maya's secret discovered

Troubles are never quiet over at Forrester Creations and, this week, things are about to go haywire, that is if someone decides to speak up. Here are the spoilers for the week:

Ridge wants to resign

Ridge has had enough of Rick's evil ways at Forrester Creations, so he decides that it is time to hang his gloves and leave the company. But before he does, he talks to Eric about removing Rick as CEO, which Eric will unlikely do. Eric and Brooke try to persuade Ridge not to resign, so they seek Caroline's assistance if that would help convince Ridge, reports She Knows Soaps

Wyatt and Nicole

It might have been a poor decision on Nicole's part to confess that she has a crush on Wyatt. Now, he is using this as a way to manipulate her into telling him an important secret. Bill continues to let Liam and Wyatt work to get Maya's secret, one that can blow everything out of the water.

In this week's preview, it seems that Wyatt is getting on the good side of Nicole after surprising her with a treat. It looks like she's almost ready to give in.

Carter asks her, "You didn't tell Wyatt about Maya did you?"

Rick and Maya

Rick is completely smitten over Maya and wants to marry her. However, she doesn't like to be put on a pedestal because she feels guilty about hiding her secret. Meanwhile, she has to make a difficult decision this week, according to spoilers.

Charlie and Pam

Also this week, Charlie and Pam start to suspect something about Maya so they start to do some digging. They get some information that shocks them. Pam tells Charlie not to continue digging anymore as this can get them in trouble, reports Soap Central

"The Bold and The Beautiful" airs every weekday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
