"Blindspot" episode 10 certainly left viewers with a ton of questions on their minds. But with the crime drama currently on a break, fans will have to wait until next year for some answers.

In the fall finale, Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and FBI Agent Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) finally shared a kiss. But Jane soon got kidnapped and interrogated by Tom Carter (Michael Gaston). Before she had the chance to confront Carter regarding a flashback she had of him, he got shot by Oscar (Francois Arnaud), who turned out to be her ex-fiancée. Oscar then showed a video to Jane, who shockingly saw herself in it saying, "You did this to yourself," referring to her tattoos and memory loss.

With so much that happened on the last episode, it's exciting to see how the writers of the show will be able to resolve everything on the second half of the season. But the NBC crime show is due to resume in February, which means fans will have to wait three more months before they can see Jane again.

However, Martin Gero, the show's creator and executive producer, recently sat down with Variety to give a few hints and answer some questions about the back half of the show, giving fans a little more room to breathe.

Gero reveals that the second half of the season will become more complicated for Jane, especially with the appearance of Oscar and that video. Could this mean a possible love triangle?

"Oscar will really complicate things for Jane. And it's less Oscar complicating things and more this new knowledge of herself. It's gonna make her extraordinarily uneasy, as you can imagine – it comes as quite a shock to her, and basically, she's trying to realign her entire worldview after tonight. So it will mean some complications for those two," Gero said.

But even though Oscar's arrival will make it hard for Jane, he reportedly will also be of some advantage to her.

It's exciting to see how everything will play out.

"Blindspot" season 1 will return to NBC on Feb. 29, 2016.
