Fans of AMC's drama series "Better Call Saul" got their Christmas treat with newly-released photos from season 2.

The new photos showed Bob Odenkirk on board as Jimmy McGill, also known as the titular character, Saul Goodman. Not only that, one of the photos also featured the well-loved Mike Ehrmantraut, played by Jonathan Banks.

The pictures didn't say much about what's to come in season 2, but one of them clearly depicts Jimmy's life.

In one picture, Jimmy was seen trying to decide which suit to wear. This image perfectly represents a man who is torn between choosing what is right and wrong. Those who have been religiously following "Breaking Bad" already know what kind of life Jimmy would choose in the end.

The images are also a great way to increase the hype for the show's return and whet the fans' appetite.

With the release of the images, fans are only more excited for the coming season. Although spoiling details were not seen in the photos, AMC did reveal that Jimmy's journey will be a surprising one.

According to executive producer and showrunner Peter Gould, Jimmy will go to places that viewers will never expect he'd go. Mike, on the other hand will be "pulled deeper into a world he was sure he'd left forever."

"We can't wait to share the next chapter of 'Better Call Saul' with the fans who have embraced the show, Gould added, according to the network's blog post.

"Better Call Saul" serves as a prequel to the hit series "Breaking Bad," and events take place six years prior to Jimmy becoming the crooked Saul.

The show's season 1 garnered very impressive ratings, with the two-night premiere gathering 6.9 million viewers.

Jimmy and Mike will return to the small screens with new adventures when "Better Call Saul" season 2 premieres on Monday, Feb.15, 2016, at 10 p.m. EST on AMC.
