For DC fans, here is another rumor that is bound to get you in a thinking mood. Word has it that the much coveted first official trailer for "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be finally shown on May 15 when "Mad Max: Fury Road" is launched.

This is not the first time that we have heard of a possible trailer release, having seen it from previous Warner Bros movies in the previous months.

But what makes the release likely from happening was the fact that composer Junkie XL (Tom Holkenborg) hinted that he would be working on the score for the trailer together with famed composer Hans Zimmer. Not only that, he also tweeted to fans to go out and see the "Mad Max: Fury Road" film and mentioned that the first trailer will be shown.

Now before everyone gets excited, confirmation from DC and Warner Bros first could be a good idea. But if the trend continues on a positive note, it is likely that Warner will make the announcement within the one-month period before the "Mad Max: Fury Road" actually hits cinemas.

"Mad Max: Fury Road" is a post-apocalyptic action film which will be the fourth film from the Mad Max franchise. Tom Hardy will succeed Mel Gibson for the Mad Max lead role. Charlize Theron will star opposite Hardy as Imperator Furiosa.

The last movie from the franchise was way back in 1985 titled "Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome." The last film saw Mel Gibson and Tina Turner.

Going back to the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" there were rumors that the trailer had leaked already. Here is how it reportedly went:

The trailer opens to the Man of Steel ending during the chaos and destruction in Metropolis as Ben Affleck narrates something along the lines of, "…the world has changed with the arrival of the Kryptonians."

Cut to Affleck in his Batsuit and he asks whether Superman is here to save us… Or destroy us? Before revealing… "I'm going to find out"

And then the official movie logo appears.

"Batman v Superman" is set to be released on March 25, 2016.
