Captain Erwin Smith will be behind the rebellion, according to the report.

There were also speculations that one of the fan-favorite characters of the show, Levi Ackerman, will meet his maker when season 2 returns. Crossmap gathered that chapter 73 of the manga series will tell the story about Levis' death.

Other spoilers previously revealed stated that season 2 will also bring a surprising story of how humans will be able to transform into Titans.
