Asus ZenFone 3 was revealed at the recent Zenvolution event to have three variants. Despite its release date still unconfirmed, fans are already curious about the features of and differences among these three variants.

According to The Bitbag, these phones are gaining a lot of popularity due to their high-end features for a cheaper price. They even went so far as to say that the Asus ZenFone 3 could surpass other brands in terms of popularity. After all, these phones, regardless of variant, have a full-metal design as well as an 8MP front camera and hybrid dual-SIM slots.

The base variant of the Asus ZenFone 3 will have a Snapdragon 625 processor along with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage capabilities. Also, it's equipped with a 5.5-inch full-HD Super IPS LCD display, with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. This device's performance is augmented by its 3,000 mAh battery and has connectivity options that include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE and USB 2.0 connector. Furthermore, it comes in four colors, namely blue, black, gold, and white.

As for the Deluxe edition, it will be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor that comes with 64GB, 128GB and 256GB internal storage options. It will also have a 23MP camera, PDAF, OIS and dual-LED flash. Its screen will be a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display, with FHD 1080p screen resolution, protected by Gorilla Glass 4.

Among the three variants, the Ultra edition of the Asus ZenFone 3 is the largest at 6.8 inches yet the flattest. Its processing power is amazing, since it's going to be released with an octa-core Snapdragon 652 chipset. As for the camera, it will have the same features as the Deluxe edition. Its battery life will be much longer than the other two variants with its 4,600-mAh battery. This phone will also have dual five-magnet speakers.

The prices could range from $250 to $500, according to NDTV
