"American Horror Story: Hotel" is almost coming to an end. And while it has been a great ride, it's certainly exciting to see how the show will close itself come 2016.

Numerous stars have said their goodbyes on the horror anthology series as production has ended. Kathy Bates, who plays Iris, shared her sentiments via Twitter. Meanwhile, Denis O'Hare, who plays Liz, posted a snap of some crew members wearing shirts with his character's face on them.

Fans will definitely shed a tear or two once the hotel closes its doors. But given that there are still two more episodes left before the end of the season, it's thrilling to see how the show intends to resolve all the cliffhangers that were left dangling in the midseason finale.

In the previous episode, "She Gets Revenge," Lady Gaga's The Countess and Matt Bomer's Donovan were ambushed by Iris and Liz. The latter two entered the room, guns in hand, and started firing bullets everywhere. The episode closed with the shocking turn of events and it's still unclear if The Countess and Donovan will make it out alive.

Even if they don't, no one stays dead in Hotel Cortez. So at this point, it's probably safe to say that fans will still get to see Gaga and Bomer in the new year.

But creators Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy have a surprise in store for fans for the remainder of the season. After bringing back Dr. Charles Montgomery (Matt Ross) and Marcy the realtor (Christine Estabrook) from the very first season, "Murder House," another familiar face will grace the show's final two episodes.

Billie Dean Howard (Sarah Paulson) will be making an appearance once again. Entertainment Weekly previously reported that Billie will pay a visit to the hotel as part of her new reality show, which centers around her psychic powers.

But that's not all. Gabourey Sidibe, who previously played Queenie in "American Horror Story: Coven" and Regina Ross in "American Horror Story: Freak Show," is set to guest star on the next episode. It is unknown whether Sidibe will be reprising either of her roles or will play someone else entirely. Regardless, all these revelations are making fans more excited to see the rest of the episodes.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" episode 11 titled "Battle Royale" will air on Jan. 6.
