'19 Kids and Counting' Duggar family baby news latest: Duggars Throw Josh and Anna a gender reveal party

Josh and Anna are excited to learn the gender of their fourth child, on 19 Kids and Counting TLC/ 19 Kids and Counting

This week on '19 Kids and Counting', Josh and Anna head to California for some quality time together, and on their return to Arkansas, the Duggars decide to throw a surprise gender reveal party for them.

Anna is currently pregnant with her fourth child, and everyone is trying to guess what the baby will be. Her oldest child Mackynzie wants a girl because there are already two boys in the family. "I need another litte sister," she says. Josh is hoping to have another boy.

Anna hires an ultrasound tech to visit the family's home so her three children can see their sibling in an ultrasound, however, they had the tech write the gender down on a slip of paper and sealed it in an envelope so they could open it later when they go home to Arkansas.

Josh and Anna are heading to California before the birth of their baby, so they stopped by in Arkansas to drop off their three kids with their Grandma Michelle and Grandpa Jim Bob.

In California, they head to the beach and boardwalk. Josh was able to convince Anna to get in the ferris wheel, and later he wins a stuffed teddy bear for her on one of the boardwalk games.

Meanwhile in Arkansas, Sierra, the wedding organizer who was in charge of Ben and Jessa's wedding, had all of the Duggars gather round so they could plan the surprise party for Josh and Anna. Sierra tells them that she has 200 pink flamingos that she wants them to use to decorate the lawn, but before that, she asks the boys to take 100 of them and paint them blue.

When Josh and Anna arrive at the Duggar home, they are greeted with multiple signs along the road. They see all the blue and pink flamingos leading to the door. When they got inside, the family surprised them by shooting pink confetti into the air—they're going to have a girl!

'19 Kids and Counting' airs on Tuesdays at 9pm on TLC.
