Things look darker for the werewolves of Beacon Hills High School in the second half of MTV's "Teen Wolf" season 5.

During a panel held at the 2015 New York Comic-Con on Oct. 9, actor Dylan Sprayberry claimed that his character Liam will find out that things are not as they seemed during the first part of the season when he almost killed his Alpha Scott (Tyler Posey) and watched his girlfriend die due to poisoning.

According to Sprayberry, Liam will discover that his girlfriend Hayden (Victoria Moroles) did not actually die. Instead, Hayden is actually alive but she is following Theo's (Christian Cody) orders.

"As soon as Liam realized that Hayden was gone in the finale, he knew that what he had just done was completely wrong," the actor said during the panel, as quoted by Hypable. Sprayberry revealed that in season 5B, Liam will try to rebuild himself and use his past mistakes as a reminder to become someone better.

The actor also teased that Liam will need help from others after realizing that Theo is still a big threat to the Beaver Hills pack, especially since he is backed by a number of newly created chimeras including Hayden. "Theo is after something, and that something is becoming a real werewolf," Cody teased about his character's plans during the panel.

Meanwhile, "Teen Wolf" executive producer Jeff Davis exclusively shared with Hollywood Life that "Stydia" fans will have something to look forward to when the series returns next year. According to the series exec, saving Lydia (Holland Roden) from the horrors that were happening at the Eichen House will be the responsibility of Stiles (Dylan O' Brien) since he is the only one from Scott's pack who does not possess any supernatural powers.

"I think it's definitely going to be a pretty epic moment in this two-part episode of 515 and 516," Davis shared.

"Teen Wolf" season 5B returns on MTV on Jan. 5.
