The Nexus 5 2015 is closely being eyeballed by tech leaksters, with images allegedly showing its true face sporadically popping here and there. The latest of these leaks involve snapshots of chassis fittings for the yet-to-be-announced Google smartphone.

Even before it is made official, users now have a concrete idea of what the long-rumored Nexus reboot will look like. The newly-unearthed images, which show off a rugged, sporty type of protective gear for LG's version of the device, were found listed on the website of online retailer Oppomart.

These cases add weight to the previous speculations that the Nexus 5 2015 has a bulging primary camera, which apparently sits below a fingerprint reader. The spaces on the left of the camera prove that the rear-facing snapper has dual flash and laser autofocus functionality. 

Oppomart's on-sale cases aren't the first to give a clue on the Nexus 5 2015's new look. Another online retailer called AliExpress has already published a listing for its own protective accessories for the upcoming device, and they have the same cutouts and design language as that of Oppomart's. 

According to rumors, 2015 is the year Google will release two Nexus devices – Nexus 5 variants to be made by LG and Huawei. Apparently, these smartphones are a small and big version of the company's acclaimed device, which was made by LG and released two years ago. 

The general consensus is that the LG variant will be at 5.2 inches while Huawei will make the bigger, more powerful Nexus 5 2015, which should be sized up to 5.7 inches. Both are said to have a 13-megapixel primary shooter and a 4-megapixel selfie snapper. 

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 processor will power up LG's, while a Kirin chipset is likely going under the Huawei model's hood. Google is expected to lift the veil off the Nexus 5 2015 by October or November.
