Michael Schumacher health condition update: Fallen driver's net worth diminishing?

The real score on F1 racer Michael Schumacher continues to be held back, and the only thing certain right now is that Schumi continues to undergo rehabilitation as he tries to recover from a horrific skiing accident in the French Alps in December 2013.

He continues to recuperate at his Lake Geneva mansion where he is under the care of 15 medical specialists composed of doctors, nurses, and therapists.

Schumacher's rehabilitation is, of course, a costly one, reportedly amounting to $154,000 a week. To date, Schumi's medical bills have allegedly totaled more than $15 million.

With the numbers game in mention, Schumacher's net worth is now up in the air. Celebrity Net Worth listed the racing champion to have a net worth of $800 million, a rich amount which could more or less secure him in the future.

But with the medical bills and cost of rehab piling up, would that net worth amount be enough to cover it and assure him of a secure future?

Other assets have been sold in an attempt to cover his escalating bills. That includes a private jet and a holiday home, which are roughly worth $25 million. His wife has also taken the lead to manage his business as the Schumachers try to weather the storm of this life challenge.

But the real score on Schumacher's health is of utmost importance. The money they have could be insufficient if recovery is not progressing.

As far as Schumacher's real state is concerned, there are alleged reports that he now only weighs 45 kilograms and is unable to walk on his own.

Sabine Kehm, Schumacher's manager continues to reveal that her client is doing well, although the recovery period may take a very long time considering the severity of his injuries.

"We are happy to say still he does improvement and I say this always considering the severeness of the injury he had. But of course it will take a very long time for everybody involved to fight, and we are happy to take this fight."
