Is Benzino having the last laugh after his former friend and "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star Stevie J was proven to be using illegal drugs?

The recently axed "LHHATL" star posted images in his Instagram account showing a funny-looking mini elf in different compromising situations, which fans easily think represents the current legal struggle of Stevie J. One of the pictures shows the elf sharing a drink with Spider-man using a funnel. It may seem silly at first, but the caption that he wrote was obviously pertaining to a certain person.

The hip hop record producer wrote: "NOW THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE LINE!! Now it's one thing if you wanna throw your OWN life away, but when you start to influence others to do wrong, well thats when you need to BE STOPPED! Now I'm not gonna judge SPIDEY, cause I know how someone can come in your life that you trust then all of a sudden he has you doing crazy ish, BUT C'MON YOUR FRIGGIN SUPERHERO SPIDERMAN!!!! You got kids who look up to you!!! NAHHH!' THIS ELF HAS TO BE CAUGHT ASAP!!!"

The former friends had a falling out after the infamous reunion episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" season 3, wherein Benzino and his fiancée Althea Heart had a huge altercation with Stevie J and his common-law wife Joseline Hernandez after the former claimed that Stevie J was high in cocaine.

The arrest of the Grammy Award-winning producer was ordered after he failed all 10 of his recent drug tests for marijuana and cocaine since June until December while out on bail. He was earlier charged for neglecting to pay for child support for 16 years.

The prosecutors ordered to put Stevie J in a 30-day inpatient rehab center to sort out his drug issues. However, his legal representative Michael Bellinger argued that putting the reality show star in rehab would mean that his ability to earn money to pay for his child support debt could be compromised.
