With "Jurassic World 2" having a new working title, "Ancient Futures," a lot of reports state that the film will be tackling new story directions as well as exploring new film locations.

According to the Parent Herald, "Ancient Futures" is still not the final title for the movie, but in most cases it is highly unlikely for a movie to consider keeping its earlier working titles. Regardless, the central theme of the story is still unknown, since the movie makers have been keeping its plot line a secret. However, there are some rumors say that "Jurassic World 2" will deal with dinosaur involvement in human civilizations.

Also, it might be possible for the movie to be more involved with a militaristic situation. After all, it could be possible that InGen as well as rival companies such as BioSyn will use dinosaurs for their own means, creating some security issues that would lead to a military confrontation. As such, it will serve as a test in a relationship between mankind and the dinosaurs. Both species will deal with survival and extinction, with mankind challenged with its own destruction.

Additionally, the new "Jurassic World" film will also feature the evolution of Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard). Game N Guide reports that Colin Trevorrow revealed in an interview that Claire is going to have so much character development throughout the new trilogy. Owen and Claire will both be in it, but they will never be in the same place compared to where they were in the first movie.

In Parent Herald's article, various reports point that the film will be filmed in locations never seen before in the movie. "Jurassic World 2" will feature dinosaurs in new environments. As such, the movie makers are looking at the Northern countryside of Wales, as well as other locations.

"Jurassic World 2" will have its worldwide release on June 22, 2018.
