Jill Dillard is working on her new Christian ministry with husband Derick in Central America, but that does not mean she is not with her sister Jessa Seewald in heart and spirit when the latter gave birth to the latest addition to the Duggar family last Nov. 5, a boy the Seewald couple named Spurgeon Elliot Seeewald.

Because she was not physically present to see her nephew arrive into the world, Jill decided to write a letter to Jessa in order to express how thrilled she is that they would be experiencing motherhood together.

"Derick, Israel and I are so excited for you and Benji! I can't believe you have a little one now! It was such a joy to get to be a part of the birth from Central America, thank you. You were a champ! I felt those contractions with you," Jill writes in the Dillard Family Blog.

Jill, who also welcomed her first son Israel David Dillard just this year, is hopeful that they would be able to raise their boys into God-loving individuals.

"I'm so excited for us to be both on this motherhood journey together! I pray our boys will love Jesus with their heart, soul, mind and strength and love others more than themselves!" she writes. "We will have to let them FaceTime frequently while we are down here. It will be so fun to see them experiencing things and going (through) similar stages within a few months of each other. I'm sure since they were about the same size at birth they'll be sharing clothes, too."

Knowing Jessa would want to be a hands-on mom, Jill advised her not to feel so bad when friends and family offer lots of help in caring for her new baby within the first few weeks. "The more rest you get the better for you and baby and the faster you'll recover!" she says.
