Fans of "Star Wars: Battlefront" will be getting the offline mode called Skirmish this coming July 20 but as revealed in a report from IGN, that is not the only treat EA and DICE are giving. According to the report, a third DLC expansion is coming this September and it is called the "Death Star" DLC pack.

The DLC pack is going to be offer new ground and space maps, new Star Cards and new weapons. Fans speculate that the maps will be related to the titular Death Star, the two large constructs seen in "Star Wars: A New Hope" and "Return of the Jedi."

Some of these new space maps may include a rendition of the Death Star bomb run that destroyed the original Death Star in "A New Hope" or let players dogfight around and inside a half-done Death Star like in "Return of the Jedi." Other fans speculate some ground battles might be linked to Luke's (Mark Hamill) fight with Darth Vader inside the second Death Star.

Two new heroes will also be added with the DLC and one of them is described as a "larger than life" hero that fans have been clamoring for. It has been speculated that the two new heroes could include the likes of Obi-Wan Kenobi (played by Alec Guinness and Ewan McGregor), Yoda or Chewbacca.

It is likely that of the two heroes Yoda or Obi-Wan are likely to be added. The "larger than life" quote indicates that it may be a hero who continued to play a large role in the film even after death. Obi-Wan and Yoda both appeared as Force ghosts to aid Luke Skywalker in his fight against Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid).

The "Death Star" DLC has no exact release date but it is reported that it will launch sometime in September.
