'Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu No F': Goku's new form shown in new clip

"Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu No 'F'" recently made its way to theaters in Los Angeles, which saw the film a week before fans in Japan. The movie is set to come out on Japan's big screens on April 18 and as a heads up, fans should prepare for Goku's brand new formidable form. 

In a new 15-second promo clip from Toei Animation for "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu No 'F'," Goku transforms into his Super Saiyan God form as he duels with his resurrected nemesis Frieza. The new form, which turns Goku's hair blue, is described as a Super Saiyan with the powers of a Super Saiyan God, and he uses it to go against Frieza, who combats in his golden, more powerful form. 

As a treat for fans in Japan, Fuji TV will be screening "Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods" on April 17, a day before the new film's release. Eleven theaters will be showing it on the same day as well. Come April 18, "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu No 'F'" will blast into cinemas, both in 2D and 3D as well as in 4DX all across Japan. The highly anticipated film also makes history by being the first Japanese film to be shown in IMAX 3D.

Early birds in the theaters will get a special JC Most "Godly" Edition Dragon Ball Volume "F" with complete script written by Akira Toriyama. This goodie is full of the manga creator's original comments regarding the setting of "Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu No 'F'." Moreover, fans will be treated to stories that happened behind the scenes as well as the movie's script, exposition text, design materials, and all other good stuff to love.
