"Bones" season 11 has just begun. While the first two episodes established Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) returning to the Jeffersonian and episode 3 saw a return of the "case of the week" format, episode 4 will see the team bring on an expert to help them with the case while Brennan gets uncomfortable with the competition.

According to the official synopsis from TV.com, episode 4, titled "The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves," will start with the discovery of the corpse of a real-estate agent in the woods. The team encounters difficulty solving the agent's murder because it was partially devoured by coyote-wolf hybrids.

In order to work around this complication, the team will recruit the aid of an elderly and renowned forensic anthropologist, Dr. Beth Mayer (Betty White). The synopsis states that Mayer's skills extend beyond anthropology as she also astounds the team with her "decades of experience and surprising knowledge of fantasy football."

The latter will prove to be an important clue seeing as the victim was heavily involved in fantasy football. Mayer eventually helps the team discover that the victim recently had a feud with an NFL star on social media.

However, the promotional trailer for the episode reveals Brennan isn't exactly comfortable with the competition. She is even asked outright if she is jealous now that Mayer is getting the spotlight. Brennan denies being jealous, but the promo trailer does indicate she isn't comfortable with Mayer getting all the attention and praise for solving the case.

White made a name for herself with her portrayal of Sue Ann Niven on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and as Rose Nylund on "The Golden Girls." She also made a name for herself on "Saturday Night Live" and has also appeared on shows such as "The Simpsons" and "Malcolm in the Middle."

"Bones" season 11 episode 4 airs this Oct. 22.
