A lot of parents wish that they could just stop time from moving and simply enjoy their babies just as they are right now. It seems like "Soul Surfer" Bethany Hamilton is feeling the same way towards her infant son Tobias Dirks.

She shared a funny photo of Tobias who is seen lying on top of a grocery weighing scale on her Instagram account (@bethanyhamilton). "'Momma says I'm growing too fast!" Thank you Healthy Hut for the weigh in," she captioned it.

Hamilton looks eager to introduce her son to a lot of things she is truly passionate about, such as her Christian faith and surfing.

A few weeks after giving birth to Tobias, Hamilton and her husband Adam Dirks decided to take their son to the beach and show him what his parents are crazy about. Hamilton even shared a photo of Dirks carrying Tobias, who was wearing a tiny orange beach hat. "Family beach day! Tobias had his first time in the ocean with his papa!!! He didn't love it," she revealed.

However, Tobias' dislike might have had something to do with the harsh rays of the sun. Still, Hamilton is not losing hope that their son would grow up loving the same things his parents do.

She made the announcement of Tobias' arrival on her social media accounts by posting an adorable family photo. "Blessed to welcome our son, Tobias, into the world. Born June 1st, 7.9 lbs. and 21" long. He is named after his great grandpa Tobias meaning 'The goodness of God.' Adam and I are so in love with our lil guy and are stoked to share life with him!" Hamilton gushed.
