International Christian Organisations such as International Aid and World Vision made clear their will to continue their relief work in Iraq even amid unceasing violence that has seen some church aid agencies already start to pull out staff and to reassess their work there.

According to ASSIST news service, International Aid expressed their will to keep helping Iraqi churches and Christians. Also Representative, Myles Fish said in an interview with Mission Network News(MNN) that their hope was for Iraq's churches to come and reach out to their communities for Christ through the support and supplies that International Aid has offered to them.

It was also reported by MNN that World Vision recently restarted their aid campaign by reopening its offices in Iraq. It temporarily closed its office in April due to unceasing kidnappings and murders of aid workers. MNN said that World Vision is working to stand for the name and love of Jesus Christ through its endeavour to satisfy both physical and spiritual needs in Iraq.

It was reported that two members of Christian Peacemaker Teams(CPT) have returned to Iraq to research the field conditions before the whole team's return.

These actions by Christian organisations have been taken as American forces try to end Muslim extremism in Iraq, by intensifying pressure on a radical Shi'ite cleric.
