After 12 seasons, "Two and A Half Men" is ready to say goodbye and go off the air. However, with a show that has been so successful over the past 12 years, fans can expect that CBS won't just let the show go without a celebration. And this is exactly what every fan will get come the series finale, which is happening in just a couple of days.

How is "Two and A Half Men" celebrating the finale? Rumor has it that Charlie Sheen will make an appearance in the final episode. From 2003 to 2011, Sheen was the main star of the show. However, he had to enter rehab for drug addiction. At the same time, he also made uncalled-for comments about the show's executive producer Chuck Lorre. This got his contract terminated.

When season 9 picked up, Ashton Kutcher was CBS' choice for Sheen's replacement. Since then, Kutcher and Sheen haven't seen eye-to-eye with Sheen reportedly throwing disparaging comments continuously against the actor who replaced him.

So with such an intense history of the show, it will really be very interesting to see Sheen appear in the series finale. Will Kutcher and Sheen set their differences aside to celebrate the show one last time? Has Lorre forgiven Sheen to take him on as a guest? If so, did Sheen approve? It can't be denied that the actor has played a huge part in making the show a success over the years, too.

According to CarterMatt, the other possible characters that might make an appearance include Jenny, Judith, Evelyn, Herb and Rose. Seeing Angus T. Jones is a "long shot" because he has publicly bashed the show already. The site also throws in the possibility of Miley Cyrus or Kathy Bates making an appearance.

At any rate, fans need not worry because Lorre promised a satisfying ending.

He told TVLine, "There's going to be an awful lot of folks on the finale. We're going to have a finale that you'll be very, very pleased with. And that's all I'm going to say."

"Two and A Half Men" will air its last episode on Feb. 19.
