Yolanda Foster has been very open about her health condition since she was diagnosed with Lyme disease back in 2012. Since then, the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star has taken to social media to update fans about her treatments and has even been seen with an IV drip in her arm in a season five episode of the Bravo show.

But in the upcoming season of "RHOBH," Radar Online reports that Yolanda got into a heated confrontation with some of her co-stars who were questioning the Lyme disease diagnosis.

According to the website, the confrontation took place at Kyle Richards's home, where the cast celebrated a finale party.

"Yolanda came with a mission to make a scene," said the insider. "She learned that the women had been questioning her Lyme disease diagnosis, with Lisa Rinna and Taylor Armstrong leading the charge."

The source added that Taylor was not at the party, but that allegedly didn't stop Yolanda from fighting with Lisa Rinna, Lisa Vanderpump, and Kyle.

"The ladies seemed to think Yolanda has become a hypochondriac, or was making herself sick from undergoing so many alternative treatments," said the source. The insider revealed that the former model got very upset at the three women and "did indeed yell at them."

On Nov. 7, Yolanda took to Twitter to repost a tweet from Prevention Magazine, which was a link to an article about what it's really like to live with Lyme disease. The 51-year-old wrote, "Educate yourself because wisdom is power."

While Yolanda seemed to be butting heads with Rinna, Vanderpump, and Kyle, it looks like she was able to find some peace with Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards. Last week, Yolanda, Brandi, and Kim were spotted filming a scene for the Bravo show in a Beverly Hills park, where the three ladies enjoyed a picnic lunch.

Yolanda has always been friendly with Brandi and Kim, and their return to the show was a surprise for many fans. Earlier this year, Brandi announced that she was leaving "RHOBH," while Kim, who was arrested for public intoxication last July and for shoplifting in August, was believed to have quit the show so she could focus on her health and sobriety.
A source told Us Weekly that Brandi was brought back to "bring in some drama and liven things up," while it is said that Bravo executives were impressed with Kim's progress that she was invited to film a few episodes for season 6.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 premieres on Dec. 1 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
