"Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout has only words of gratitude to God after she and her six-year-old son Bentley survived a very serious car accident on Sunday.

Last Sunday, the Jeep that Maci was driving was involved in an accident that resulted in the automobile being flipped upside down. However, the Teen Mom star and her son walked out unscathed.

Bookout is also currently pregnant with a second baby, but the baby is also safe and healthy. She had recently announced her pregnancy, and even referred to the child as her "miracle baby."

"Thanking God that my unborn baby girl is perfectly healthy after this," she shared on her Instagram account after the accident. "Thanking God that Bentley and I were able to walk away from this nightmare with only a few bruises."

In addition to revealing her faith in divine intervention, the Teen Star Mom was thankful for good old mechanics. She further added in her Instagram post: "I'd also like to [thank] @JeepOfficial @Jeep because if our seatbelts and the roll cage had not done their job, I'm not sure my family and I would [have] had the same outcome."

Bookout also took the time to acknowledge the efforts of the Good Samaritans that assisted her and Bentley in getting out of the wreckage. "Thanks to everyone that stopped to help, that was huge. I pray everyone else involved is doing okay," her Instagram post concluded.

The Instagram posts revealed the extent to which it really was miraculous for Bentley and Maci to have walked out of the accident with "only bruises."

The pictures showed the Jeep upside down on the road. Two pictures with the Jeep upright showed the extent of the damage – the front windshield was nearly shattered and the roof was caved in.

There are no other details available so far, as Bookout shared no other information about the accident.
