The next round of beta testing to be done for "Street Fighter 5" is taking place in North and South America.

The newest round of testing comes on the heels of completed beta stress tests in both Asia and Europe.

To this point, Capcom has indicated that they have had little trouble as it relates to the stress tests, describing the outcome of the Asian and European rounds as "successful," Gamespot reported.

Stress tests for the new regions began Aug. 25 and they will conclude a day later, at which point, Capcom is yet again expected to gather the results of the testing and determine where to go from there.

Capcom has already indicated that the experience of going through the beta stress tests is not expected to be problem-free. Capcom expects that at least a few players who will be participating in the testing will be experiencing some issues as they continue, and that will also be gathered as information relevant to what the company is trying to do.

Capcom has also provided prospective beta testers with some tips that are designed to help optimize the experience for them, according to IGN.

One tip the company offers is for players to utilize a wired Internet connection while participating in the beta testing. Players have also been advised to refrain from downloading any other files in the background while part of the testing so as to make the connection as good as it can be and to make as much bandwidth available to them as possible.

The "Street Fighter 5" beta was originally scheduled to begin in July, but problems present right from launch led to Capcom eventually deciding to suspend the beta indefinitely until now.

Once Capcom has gathered all the information they need from the testing, the company is expected to announce the official start of the global beta for "Street Fighter 5."
