The Minnesota Vikings and the Philadelphia Eagles will clash in a huge game on Sunday for Week 7 of the NFL 2016 regular season. Both teams have high aspirations for this season, but only one will be able to leave today with the win. The game takes place from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, with a start time of 1 p.m. ET. The game can be watched on TV on the Fox network or online through live stream via the link below.

The Vikings come into today's game off a bye week, but entering Week 7 their undefeated record is still in tact. They are 5-0 and are emerging as one of the favorites to make a serious impact on the postseason.

Minnesota sit atop of the NFC North and have a comfortable gap ahead of the second placed Green Bay Packers, who are on 4-2.

They face a tough challenge today against a Philadelphia Eagles team whose season could go either way from here. The Eagles are on 3-2 and are chasing the 5-1 Dallas Cowboys at the top of the NFC East. If the Eagles drop back to an even record today it will be really tough for them to come back - not impossible - but they would need something special through the second half of the season to claw their way back in a tough division.

Last week the Eagles suffered a frustrating 27-20 loss against division rivals, the Washington Redskins, to suffer their second loss of the season so far. That result also allowed the Redskins to move up to 4-2, and puts the pressure on the Eagles to have no more slip ups this week otherwise they could allow both the Cowboys and Redskins to begin to pull away at the top of the division.

Earlier in Week 7, NFL Thursday Night Football saw the Green Bay Packers claim what in the end was an easy win over the Chicago Bears.

Even though the 26-10 scoreline would indicate that the Packers had it all their own way, that was not the case, and through the opening three quarters just field goal separated the teams.

However, when things came to the crunch, the hapless Bears fell down again and disappointed. With just three points between the teams heading into the fourth quarter, Chicago fans may have been hoping their team could sneak the win at the end. But 13 unanswered points for the Packers saw Green Bay run out victors to move to 4-2.

That result condemned the Bears to their sixth defeat of the season so far as they dropped down further to 1-6, and this is already turning into a long and painful season for them.

Aaron Rodgers threw for 326 yards and three touchdowns. His 39 of 56 set a franchise record for completions in a single game.

The Bears meanwhile lost quarterback Brian Hoyer to a broken left arm in the second quarter, and so he joins the injured list with Jay Cutler, leaving Chicago to turn to third stringer Matt Barkley, who ended 6 of 15 for 81 yards and two interceptions.

Bears coach John Fox said, "Well, when you lose your starting quarterback it can be disruptive. It's not an excuse, it's just a reality,"
