Ben Seewald, the husband of 19 Kids and Counting reality star Jessa Duggar, recently took to Facebook and preached the important order of "J.O.Y."

He posted a picture of American preacher Francis Chan with a quote of his saying, "Do you know that nothing you do in this life will ever matter, unless it is about loving God and loving the people He has made?"

Ben then captioned the photo with what he believes to be the order in which to obtain joy: "Jesus first. Others second. Yourself last."

Earlier, Ben posted a photo and Bible verses similar to his thoughts on joy. The photo was of Jesus Christ preaching to the masses. It read, "This is your best life now, live your dreams. Unleash your full potential, buy material goods and make yourself happy."

The twist was in the photo's hashtag: #THINGSJESUSNEVERSAID.

Ben then added certain Bible verses that stressed the need for people to seek God first before all else, such as Matthew 16:24-26.

"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, 'If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?'" it read.

Another was Galatians 2:20, which says, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me."

Seewald is a deeply religious Christian who dreams of one day becoming a pastor or missionary and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
