This latest release from multiple award winner Israel Houghton was recorded in Abbey Road Studios and perhaps the magic of that place rubbed off on the music, because “Love God Love People” is another top notch offering from one of the best gospel singers around today.

The 12 songs on this album are peppered with pop, funk and good old praise from a full choir, and what's more, there's no break in between the songs, so just roll on the music.

Israel has really pulled off an amazing album here, one of his best I believe. There is nothing predictable about the songs and “Hosanna (Be Lifted Higher)” is so spectacular it could be off a blockbuster movie soundtrack.

Oh yes and there are special guests here too, Fred Hammond and Kirk Franklin no less.

If you're looking for a satisfying earful then buy this album immediately and just enjoy the sounds coming from this wonderfully talented artist.

Yup, Christian music just seems to be getting better and better this year.
